    Petty cash has an important role in the operational activities of the compony. Usually used in small daily transactions ranging from operational hours of the compony until the end of business hours. The object in this study PT Permata System. The purpose of this research is to find out the cause of the occurrence of the delay in charging a petty cash fund returns and why didn't do the filling form for spending petty cash funds.. The method of data collection the author found uses the method of observation and documentation methods. While the method of data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of this study the authors found that the petty cash fund is again charging to use personal account admin, the occurrence of the delay in charging a petty cash funds, and it is not charging it does from the use of petty cash fund.

    Restaurant is a place that is organized commercially, that provides service to customers both in drinks & foods. As for right now, there are still lots of lack in service from taking the orders manually to getting information of the inventory. With this background, The Management system of the Restaurant Service Application is built so it could handle from the process of the ordering of the menu, the production, to the production stock payment for the customer. This application has function such as to reduce the amount of stock of the material automatically depending on Bill of Material that the chefs have when they are finished with the orders. This method is useful so that the data of the amount of stock of the material always being updated after each order is finished. The achievement of the development of this application is from all the reports on planning of the restaurant service of the management system then the application could be undertaken in restaurants and could handle the available problem.

    Prosedur Pengelolaan Dropping Funds Untuk Pembayaran Hutang Dagang Pada Kimia Farma Apotek

    The final project discusses about procedure management dropping funds for payment of account payable in Kimia Farma Apotek. Companies often experience delays in payment of account payables. One reason is the delay in dropping funds from the central office. This research was conducted by interview and documentation to see what problems occurs in management dropping funds. The final project concluded that althought it turns out that implementation procedures are adequate of account payable, but still there are problems of implementation such a payments which may be detrimental for the company. In the end company should further enhance the company policy’s related to the debt in order to minimize the problem of late payment. This can be done by carrying out a good debt management.

    Faktor Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Manajemen Dalam Pemilihan Perusahaan Outsourcing

    Outsourcing has become an increasingly popular option for many organizations. But they vary in terms of activities being outsourced, reasons for and benefits from outsourcing, and how the decision was made. This research presents an empirical research on five companies. It found out, in most cases it was the peripheral support activities being outsourced with cost reduction as the primary driver. Outsourcing decision was being made early in process without active involvement of the in house provider, and there were problems in supplier selection and management. The research identified preoutsourcing decision process and post-outsourcing management as the two key areas that gave cause for concern and offered recommendations for improvement.

    Batam State Polytechnic (Polibatam) It is the only State College (PTN) Students in the area of trade and the free port of Batam, Bintan, and Karimun Islands province of Riau, Batam State Polytechnic (Polibatam) has 4 Department, that’s have over 8 Sub Departmen 3- year diploma Program Studies,and 4-year diploma, one of the Department is IT Department or Information Technology, Information Technology Department has Computer Laboratory that use for student to do their study in the college ,and Laboratorium is manage by Laboran, and at this moment Computer Laboratorium is still manage in old way, where Laboran will write down every information from Laboratorium like supply of Laboratotium spare things, and it will be will be keep in a paper document file that can easily damage or broken, and by of that Laboran needed a new System that will help to manage the Computer Laboratorium more effisien. The new Laboratorium Computer System management will be built for the purpose to help the Laboran manage the Computer Laboratorium, like manage the Laboratorium spare, Manage The data of each Laboratorium ,Manage the Report of broken things in Laboratorium, the new system manajemen will be built with Webbased Techology Language like, HTML,CSS,PHP,JavaScript,jQuery and will be using MqSQL as a database System
