Analisis Perilaku Mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Batam dalam Menanggapi Ancaman Digital Berdasarkan Pilar Respond dan Recover Menurut NIST Framework

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has increased the risk of information security threats, particularly for university students who are active internet users in academic and social activities. This study aims to analyze the behavior of students at Politeknik Negeri Batam in responding to and recovering from digital incidents, based on two pillars of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework: Respond and Recover. A descriptive quantitative approach was used through a survey method. Data were collected via an online questionnaire distributed to active students and analyzed using descriptive statistics along with validity and reliability tests. The results of this study are expected to provide a comprehensive overview of students' cybersecurity literacy and serve as a foundation for developing educational strategies and digital security policies within higher education institutions.
