Abstract

Folxcode, a software development company based in Batam, experienced project-coordination problems caused by fragmented collaboration tools, the absence of real-time feature integration, and heavy reliance on instant messaging for task updates. These conditions led to information fragmentation, delayed status updates, and inaccurate work-time recording. This study designs and implements ONDARY, an integrated web-based project management and team collaboration system that can also be packaged as a desktop application through Electron. The system was built using the Agile-Scrum framework, with Angular as the frontend, NestJS as the backend, Netlify for deployment, and Aiven MySQL as the cloud-managed database. The resulting system integrates a real-time synchronized kanban board, work-time logging, digital sticky notes, and a personalized dashboard. System quality was evaluated through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving ten Folxcode employees, complemented by a technical performance test on the real-time integration. The UAT evaluation produced an acceptance rate of 85%, indicating that the implemented functions meet the company's operational needs, while the SUS evaluation produced an average score of 79.25, which falls into the Acceptable category with a Good adjective rating. Real-time performance testing recorded an average backend response time of 775.3 ms and an average update-to-notification delta of 712.0 ms, confirming sub-second delivery of task updates. These results indicate that the developed system is able to unify team workflows, strengthen work-time accountabilit
