Abstract

Digitalization of administration in the livestock sector has become an essential need to improve operational efficiency, as manual recording processes generally cause delays in reports, input errors, and difficulties in obtaining historical data for decision-making. This study aims to develop a web-based livestock business administration system with predictive recommendation features to estimate feed requirements using the Moving Average method, ensuring operational processes run more accurately and measurably. System development follows the Waterfall model through requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment stages. Performance analysis was conducted using the PIECES framework to measure improvements in Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service compared to manual systems. The results show that the system can centralize structured data on livestock, feed, and finance, generate automated reports, and support data-driven decision-making. Thus, this system helps livestock businesses increase administrative efficiency and minimize recording errors.
