Analisis Pembuatan Standard Operasional Procedure Untuk Operator Base Board Functional Test pada Perusahaan Continental Automotiv Budapest (Markija)

Abstract

Every company has good operational policy standards, but the existence of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) allows the development of structured quality systems and processes, the presence of quality employees, and the formation of a corporate culture that motivates each individual. The company Continental Automotive Budapest has a base board functional test production process flow that starts from cutting the Printed Circuit Board (PCB), installing hidsink, and testing PCB. One of the engines found in the Continental Automotive budapest company is the Base board functional test UTP 9011. When testing, sometimes we find some problems or obstacles in testing such as PCB that are always Feild when tested, Hidsinks that are not installed properly, and Base Board machines that must be restarted. In preparing the SOP, this study uses qualitative methods by taking data by direct observation in the field to find out the work to be made in the SOP and using pre-test and post-test data analysis as one way to determine the success of the SOP. The final result of this analysis is the existence of a Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) on the Base Board functional test machine.
