Abstract

Digital technologies play an increasingly important role in helping Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) enhance operational efficiency and strengthen business competitiveness. Toko Radja Trophy, an MSME engaged in trophy manufacturing and sales, currently relies on Microsoft Excel to manage inventory, leading to stock inconsistencies, production delays, and challenges in monitoring material consumption and preparing reports. This research presents the design and implementation of a web-based inventory information system that supports the management of materials, products, customer orders, assembly activities, stock audits, and reporting within a single platform. The application was implemented using the Agile Development methodology and incorporates the Bill of Materials (BOM) to estimate material requirements together with the Reorder Point (ROP) approach to improve inventory replenishment decisions. Evaluation results demonstrate that the developed application satisfies the operational needs of Toko Radja Trophy by automatically calculating material requirements, updating inventory after assembly operations, and generating reorder alerts whenever stock reaches the predefined threshold. Functional evaluation through Black Box Testing verified that every feature operated according to its specification, while User Acceptance Testing (UAT) produced a feasibility score of 94.32%, indicating an excellent level of user acceptance. Overall, the proposed system provides an effective solution for improving inventory management processes and supporting operational activities at Toko Radja Trophy.
