Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Berbasis Web Pada Departemen Produksi (Studi Kasus PT. Excelitas Technologies Batam)

Abstract

Labor productivity at PT Excelitas Technologies Batam is measured by comparing the total working hours of direct labor employees with the total production output in the form of finished goods. However, productivity data is still managed using Microsoft Excel and is scattered across several departments, making it impossible to conduct an integrated evaluation. This study aims to develop a web-based Labor Productivity Information System to integrate data management and support productivity evaluation. System development utilized the Agile method with the Scrum framework, while implementation employed ASP.NET Core MVC, the C# programming language, and Microsoft SQL Server as the database. Black Box Testing of 29 scenarios covering nine functional requirements showed that all scenarios ran successfully. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on 16 statements by four respondents yielded a score of 92.81%, falling into the “very good” category. These results indicate that the system is acceptable to users for supporting labor productivity evaluations.
