dc.description.abstractWater plays an important role in supporting industrial activities, from production processes to operational needs such as cooling systems and toilets. Unstable water availability, especially in locations with limited access, often poses challenges in monitoring the amount of water in distribution tanks, which is still done manually. This study aims to design an automated distribution tank water monitoring system that will display the amount, category, and percentage of water without having to check the location directly. This system uses a JSN SR04T ultrasonic sensor to read the water surface, then the data is processed by an Arduino Uno microcontroller using the Fuzzy Logic method to determine the category and percentage of water. The resulting data is sent via the LoRa SX1278 module to the ESP32 microcontroller and forwarded to WA Bot via the CallMeBot API as a notification for employees. The research methods include hardware and software design, Fuzzy Logic implementation, and system testing. Test results show that the ultrasonic sensor is capable of reading the water surface with high accuracy after calibration, namely 99.5%, and the Fuzzy Logic system successfully classifies according to the specified rules. Data transmission via LoRa is stable up to a distance of 150 meters with 100% effectiveness without data packet loss. This system has proven to be effective with an overall success rate of 99.73% in helping employees automatically monitor water availability.
