| dc.description.abstract | Dalam ekosistem Industri 4.0, degradasi performa (drift) sensor flow meter menuntut prosedur verifikasi metrologi yang andal dan tertelusur. Metode kalibrasi manual konvensional memiliki kelemahan fundamental berupa ketidakstabilan aliran (non-steady state), risiko human error, serta ketiadaan jejak audit digital. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan merancang bangun stasiun verifikasi debit air berbasis Virtual Instrument LabVIEW yang mengintegrasikan kendali Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) dan arsitektur State Machine untuk merealisasikan uji bertingkat otomatis (Automated Ramp Test). Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development dengan metode perbandingan (Master Meter Method) sesuai pedoman International Vocabulary of Metrology (VIM). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu mempertahankan stabilitas aliran pada rentang 1–10 LPM dengan rata-rata rise time 10,400 detik, settling time 18,00 detik, dan steady-state error 0,240%. Analisis statistik membuktikan bahwa penerapan jarak pipa lurus 15D upstream menurunkan standar deviasi pembacaan dari 0,396 LPM menjadi 0,071 LPM (penurunan 82%), memvalidasi prinsip fully developed flow. Sistem menghasilkan sertifikat kalibrasi digital dengan ketidakpastian gabungan 0,014 LPM (k=2) dan pelaporan otomatis. | |
