The lamp aging test is an essential quality assurance process in manufacturing to ensure that lighting products operate according to specifications before distribution. Conventional current monitoring during the aging test is generally performed manually, making real-time observation and historical data analysis less effective. Although several IoT-based electrical monitoring systems have been proposed, most of them only focus on electrical parameter monitoring without integrating real-time web monitoring and historical analytics using Microsoft Power BI for lamp aging test applications. This research presents the design and implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based electrical current monitoring system integrated with a web application and Microsoft Power BI to support real-time supervision and historical data analysis during the lamp aging test process. The system was developed using the Prototype development method, consisting of communication, quick planning, modeling and quick design, prototype construction, and deployment with user feedback. The developed system integrates an ESP32-S3 microcontroller with a WCS1700 current sensor to acquire electrical current data, while ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Power BI are employed to process, store, and visualize monitoring information. Experimental evaluation demonstrates that the proposed system achieved an average sensor accuracy of 99.096%, while Black Box Testing confirmed that all implemented system functions operated successfully according to the specified requirements. Furthermore, usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) produced an average score of 81.5, indicating that the system has good usability and is well accepted by users. Overall, the developed system enables automated electrical current monitoring, provides historical visualization for performance evaluation, and improves monitoring efficiency throughout the lamp aging test process.
