Sistem Informasi Administrasi TPQ Terintegrasi dengan Notifikasi Otomatis Usia Santri Berbasis Web

Abstract

Administrative management at TPQ Barokatul Qur'an and TPQ Tsaubatul Jannah is still performed manually, causing inefficiencies in recording student, teacher, attendance, and financial data. A key operational issue is the absence of an automatic mechanism to notify administrators when a student reaches the age requirement of three years. This study designs and implements a web-based TPQ administration information system integrated with automatic age-based student notifications. The system was developed using Laravel for the backend, Next.js for the frontend, and MySQL as the database, with Design Thinking used for requirement analysis and the Waterfall model used for system development. The system includes modules for user, student, teacher, class, attendance, finance, asset, report, notification, and activity log management. Functional testing using black-box testing showed that all 22 test scenarios were valid, while usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) produced an average score of 79.5, categorized as Good and acceptable. The results indicate that the proposed system can digitize TPQ administration and support timely monitoring of student age status.
