Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Monitoring Prakerin Melalui Penerapan Rekayasa Ulang Proses Bisnis di PT PLN Batam

Abstract

The internship monitoring system at PT PLN Batam previously lacked location validation and supervisor verification, making it vulnerable to manipulation. This research aims to develop an accountable system using the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) approach. The legacy CodeIgniter platform was completely rewritten into a decoupled architecture, separating the Vue.js frontend and Laravel backend. To eliminate fraud, the new system introduces dual attendance validation via geofencing and real-time face capture, alongside a tiered approval workflow enabling supervisors to validate daily logbooks. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) demonstrated that all functions operate successfully across all access rights. Furthermore, the System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation yielded a score of 83, classifying the system as "Excellent". Ultimately, this implementation successfully restored data integrity and improved operational flexibility.
