Deteksi Diameter Coil Good dan Reject dengan Metode YOLO

Abstract

A system called the coil diameter detection system of good and reject is made to measure the diameter of coils that have been classified as reject or good. This system detects objects in photos using the YOLOv5 approach. With metric values such as mAP50 of 1.0 and mAP50-95 of 0.7, the research findings show that the use of the YOLO v5 method in coil diameter detection can enhance the effectiveness of the quality inspection process. This is supported by parameters like light intensity, accuracy percentage, and results, and it can be successfully integrated into the industry to improve product quality standards.
