Abstract

The changeover process on the DEK NeoHorizon Printing machine in the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line at company XYZ is still carried out manually, requiring a relatively long time and risking operator errors in project selection. This condition impacts overall efficiency and productivity. This study aims to design and analyze an auto convert system using ASP.NET to automate the changeover process on DEK Printing and Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) machines. Development is conducted using Rapid Application Development (RAD) and evaluation through PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) framework. The system integrates ASP.NET web applications, an automation engine, barcode scanner, and SQL server. Implementation results show the system significantly reduces changeover time, minimizes manual intervention, increases efficiency, and reduces human error potential.
