PERANCANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI PEMBAYARAN IURAN WARGA BERBASIS WEBSITE DENGAN FITUR REMINDER DAN RIWAYAT PEMBAYARAN DI PERUMAHAN BUMI AGUNG PERMAI

Abstract

To date, the management of security fees and resident funds at the Bumi Agung Permai housing complex has been conducted manually, leading to various issues such as inefficient collection processes, errors in record-keeping, and payment arrears. This study aims to design and implement a website-based fee management information system integrated with the Midtrans Payment Gateway and a WhatsApp API notification feature, while also evaluating the system's usability using Black Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The system was developed using an Agile Development approach, which is iterative and adaptable to changing requirements. Black Box testing of 15 key features resulted in a "Success" status for all of them. Meanwhile, the SUS evaluation, involving 36 respondents (30 residents and 6 administrators), yielded an average score of 82.71, placing it in the "Acceptable" category with a grade of "A" and an "Excellent" acceptance level. These findings demonstrate that the developed system enhances the efficiency of fee management, simplifies the payment process, and facilitates easy access to information for all users.
