Abstract

The management of student report card data at the Ulil Albab Foundation Batam has been carried out manually using Microsoft Excel, which is considered inefficient due to input vulnerability, difficulty in real-time monitoring, and a lack of data presentation visually. This research aims to design and build a web-based e-Rapor system integrated with a data visualization dashboard to support more effective, efficient, and well-documented academic data management. The system development method implemented is Scrum, a flexible and iterative framework that allows rapid adaptation to user requirements during the development sprints. The system architecture is built utilizing a React.js and Vite frontend, a Laravel RESTful API backend, and a MySQL relational database. Data visualization on the principal's dashboard is developed using the Recharts library, displaying Bar Charts, Radar Charts, and Line Charts for dynamic academic monitoring. System evaluations are performed using three distinct validation methods: Black Box Testing to verify functional constraints, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to evaluate user experience acceptance, and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to scientifically analyze usability metrics. The expected results of this research show that the e-Rapor system simplifies report card scoring, enhances transparency, and supplies an Analytical Insight Layer to support rapid decision-making processes for school leaders.
