In addition, this rice dispenser can also detect the presence of rice so that we can know the availability of rice in the dispenser. This idea started because that has a lot of rice dispensers in the market cannot show you how many grams of rice which came out at the time of pressing the slider to pick up.the.rice. Rice dispensers are designed using the keypad, LCD, servo and sensor load cell. The keypad is used to input the weight of rice that chill which is then displayed on the LCD as an input to open the servo valve functioned as. Load cell sensor is placed under the box of rice for detecting heavy weight rice falls through the valve, so that the weight of the rice that.is.inserted.by.the.same.user.with.the.desired.weigh.to.rice. And the results of this tool is able to create a tool where the user can enter the weight of rice by using a keypad and an LCD display into the scale that has been determined in accordance want with the weight of the rice. In addition, this rice dispenser can also detect the presence of rice so that we can know the availability of rice in the dispenser.Item Elektronik Peggle Game(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2009-06) Syaukani; Wikanta, PrasajaItem Item Localization System for Inventory in a Room Using IoT-Based RFID(2024-07-17) Ma’arif, Samsul; Wikanta, Prasaja; Nakul, Fitriyanti; Lubis, Eka Mutia; Wikanta, PrasajaThis study aims to develop an RFID-based localization system capable of recognizing and tracking the location of objects within an inventory room. The Landmarc method is employed to improve the localization system's accuracy by utilizing the RSSI values from RFID tags. To determine the location of objects, Euclidean distance calculations are used to compare the RSSI values of test tags with reference tags and distance to predict the object's location. Inventory data is stored in a database where the inventory can be tracked, and the history of specific inventory items can be viewed online. The final outcome of this research is a tool capable of detecting objects in three-dimensional buildings with a success rate of up to 68%. This achievement represents a significant improvement compared to previous research, which may have had lower accuracy. With the capability to detect in three-dimensional space, this system is more effective in tracking and identifying the location of objects, thereby increasing the accuracy and efficiency of the inventory process.Item Kamera Keamanan bagi Pengendara Mobil(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2013-12-17) Prayoga, Sandra; Wikanta, PrasajaSafety and ride comfort is very important in order to maintain the safety of themselves and others. Given the limitations of the car rearview mirror that has a dead point, most of the area around the car can not be seen by the rearview mirror. Then by using device that we have developed, part of which can not be seen by the car's rearview mirror will be seen by just looking at the monitor car alone. By using Arduino, we can adjust the viewing angle or perspective that we want, only with changing the program of the microcontroller. The servo motor movement program will remain stored in the Arduino without having to re-create the program ( update ) when going to use this device again, unless there is a change in the program . Installation of servo motors and a camera placed on the right, left, behind the car is aimed to get the perfect viewing angle . Because if placed at the front of the car , the condition of the back of the car will not be visible . If a computer is the maximum temperature the process will stop working or stalled processes. Meanwhile, the computer designated as the server is required to stay alive for a long time, and therefore needed a tool to control the temperature on a normal computer Using an Arduino microcontroller, sensor DS18B20 as temperature detector and Fan with Infrared Sensor and Photodiode Sensor, the state of a server rack will be able to read the temperature and then the temperature is controlled using PID control for became normal temperature with the fan rotation. Then the temperature and fan speeds of data can also be accessed online on a website for the purpose of monitoring the temperature conditions in rack servers and offline at the interface created with Visual Basic.NET. The data from the microcontroller will be stored on the database server utilizing Visual Basic.NET as a communications intermediary microcontroller to the computer and make the computer as a server connected to the internet and send data to a php file on the Web server (TerimaData.php). Results from this final project is a tool that serves to control the temperature and can be monitored via the internet or offline manner, namely by looking interface that has been created using VB.NET and can also store temperature data in a certain time on the Database server.Item Optimization of IC 32 QFP Pick Up Parameters(2024-07-31) Sitompul, Adravia Lisbeth Claudia; Wikanta, PrasajaIn the pick and place machine with the SM421 model located at TFME (Teaching Factory Manufactur Electronic), until now there has not been an optimal size and parameters for 32 QFP IC components. So that when using the IC 32 QFP component, the machine user must first update or change the component size and determine the parameters. This will take a long time. In its own concept, the purpose of using a pick and place machine in the SMT process is to pick and place small components onto the PCB pad quickly and accurately (without offset). The purpose of this optimization is to shorten the process time when using 32 QFP IC components on a pick and place machine. In optimizing this machine, the DOE method is carried out by experimenting with several parameters and then comparing the results of each combination. The results of this study are based on a small offset and the offset value does not exceed the class 3 standard. So based on the experiments that have been carried out, the optimal parameters are in combination 2 with a pick up delay time of 50s and using soft touch (mount).Item Perancangan Jaringan Server dan Komputer Menggunakan Metode Scalable Multilayer Campus Design(Politeknik Negeri Batamp, 2012-06-29) Derwanto, Derwanto; Broery, Soni; Wikanta, Prasaja; Simanjuntak, Tandhy B. P.The objective of this internetwork design for server and computer is to address the issues raised due to no network segmentation and single point of failure in the network. The method used for this design is Scalable Multilayer Campus Design. The target of this design is a network which fulfill the criteria of Scalable Multilayer Campus Design, results an efficient, intelligent, scalable and manageable network. The major concept is to divide large networks such as lecture network, laboratory network and server farm in to smaller networks using VLAN. The implementation of OSPF routing protocol works efficiently in delivering routing update. Also, first hop redundancy which is VRRP is implemented to address the single point of failure in internal networks.
