Factors used in this research are Reputation of Underwriter, Company Size, Return on Asset (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS). The sample selection method used is Purposive Sampling and the sample used is 41 samples of companies conducting Initial Public Offering. This research uses by using partial test. The result of partial regression analysis shows that only Reputation of Underwriter and Company Size has significant effect on underpricing. with a tcount greater than ttable. While the significance value of the two variables smaller than the level of significance of 0.1. For companies that conduct IPOs in the future, it is advisable to pay attention to the reputation of underwriters, company size, ROA and EPS because in this study has a positive correlation coefficient of underpricing. A good underwriter's reputation, company size, ROA and EPS will lower the underpricing so that the company's profits will be greater. For investors who will invest in IPO companies can pay attention to Reputation of underwriters, the size of the company because it can be used as one of the considerations in investing capital so that the profits can be maximized. In this study the reputation of underwriters, firm size, ROA and EPS have negative correlation coefficients against underpricing. The higher the underwriter's reputation, firm size, ROA and EPS will lower underpricing.

Method that used in this research is quantitative method with panel data regression analysis. The research was conducted for property, real estate and building contruction sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016. This study used a sample of 96 (firm-years). The factor affecting the value of the firm as measured by investment decision, dividend policy, size, profitability, and managerial ownership . The best regression panel data model in this study is a fixed effect model. The results showed that investment decision, dividend policy, size and profitability has positif effect to the value of the firm. Whereas, managerial ownership does not statistically affect the value of the firm.

This reseacrh is explanatory reseacrh aimed to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable with another. The sample in this study are students of Batam State Polytechnic who ever made purchases online in Bukalapak application. The sampling method using purposive sampling with number of sample is 100 respondents. Primary data collections are taken using questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Data analysis method used descriptive method and quantitative analysis. The hypothesis of this reseacrh is analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression with signification level of α = 5% (0,05). Simultaneously, trust, ease of use and information quality are affecting positively and significantly in purchasing decision in Bukalapak application of students at Batam State Polytechnic. Partially, trust is affecting not significantly in purchasing decision in Bukalapak application of students at Batam State Polytechnic. Ease of use and information quality are affecting positively and significantly in purchasing decision in Bukalapak application of students at Batam State Polytechnic. The coefficient of determination test show that 47,8% of purchasing decision can be described by trust, ease of use and information quality, which in the other hand 57,2% of purchasing decision can be described from other variables that excluded of this reseacrh.

BATAM(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2015-08-24) Pasaribu, Gyta Nova; Hendrawan, BambangPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi langsung dan kompensasi tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan produksi departemen PT. Sat Nusapersada Tbk. Batam secara parsial dan simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 132 responden dari produksi departemen. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji multikolinieritas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji signifikansi t dan uji siginifikansi f. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Software Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 20. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan hasil analisisnya dapat diketahui bahwa kompensasi langsung dan kompensasi tidak langsung berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara bersama-sama (simultan) kompensasi langsung dan kompensasi tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Therefore, it is not uncommon for many companies to investigate customer satisfaction with quality of services applied for their organizations. This study is expected to determine the influence of the dimensions of quality of service which include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible to Batam Polytechnic student satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative approach with explanatory research. Data analysis technique employs multiple linear analysis. Population in this research is the students of Multimedia and Networking Techniques who started their academic year in 2014, 2013, 2012 at Batam Polytechnic. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive s The results of this study show that hypothesis 1 variable reliability, hypothesis 2 responsivenss variable, hypothesis 3 variables assurance, empathy hypothesis 4 variable, hypothesis 5 tangible variable, indicate signifant value which is smaller than = 0.05 and is proven by F -calculate> F - table. The results show that Ho is refuted and Ha is supported. It can be said that partial variable quality of service that include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible has a positive and significant impact on student satisfaction. Simultaneous test results that have been done show that empathy and tangible variables have a dominant influence on student satisfaction.
