The point system method is used in job evaluation to determine the relative value of positions in the basic salary structure. Payroll system in PT NOK Precision Component Batam used as object in this research.

    Analisis Faktor - Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Wirausaha Wanita Berbasis Pangan Di Kecamatan Batu Aji Kota Batam

    The purpose of the research are: (1) to know and analyze the internal factors influence the performance of women entrepreneur based on food in Batu Aji district; (2) to know and analyze the external factors influence the performance of women entrepreneur based on food in Batu Aji district; (3) to know and analyze the external factors influence internal factors of the performance of women entrepreneur based on food in Batu Aji district. Total respondents are 77 which divided from four location in Batu Aji district. The sample technique uses purposive sampling with Slovin’s formula. The data analyzed by descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling. Data processing by SPSS version 20 and Partial Least Square version 3.0. The result indicate that: (1) internal factors which consist of human resource, marketing, finance, and production and operation have possitive affect to the performance of women entrepreneur; (2) external factors which consist of social and culture, business competition, and related institute role have possitive effect to the performance of women enterpreneur; (3) external factors of performance have possitive affect to internal factors of performance.

    Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Underpricing pada Penawaran Umum Perdana di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2014-2016 (Studi Perusahaan Non Keuangan yang Terdaftar di Bei 2014-2016)

    This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the occurrence of underpricing in companies that go public (Studies on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2014). Factors used in this research are Reputation of Underwriter, Company Size, Return on Asset (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS). The sample selection method used is Purposive Sampling and the sample used is 41 samples of companies conducting Initial Public Offering. This research uses by using partial test. The result of partial regression analysis shows that only Reputation of Underwriter and Company Size has significant effect on underpricing. with a tcount greater than ttable. While the significance value of the two variables smaller than the level of significance of 0.1. For companies that conduct IPOs in the future, it is advisable to pay attention to the reputation of underwriters, company size, ROA and EPS because in this study has a positive correlation coefficient of underpricing. A good underwriter's reputation, company size, ROA and EPS will lower the underpricing so that the company's profits will be greater. For investors who will invest in IPO companies can pay attention to Reputation of underwriters, the size of the company because it can be used as one of the considerations in investing capital so that the profits can be maximized. In this study the reputation of underwriters, firm size, ROA and EPS have negative correlation coefficients against underpricing. The higher the underwriter's reputation, firm size, ROA and EPS will lower underpricing.

    Analisis Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Kualitas Layanan Ojek Online (Wakjek) di Kota Batam

    This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of their online service (Wakjek) in Batam city. Primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaires to consumers using Random Sampling techniques with the total sample as many as 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Consumer satisfaction against the dimensions of quality are described on the diagram of the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). IPA charts indicate that service dimension items scattered on the four quadrants, namely 15 items on A quadrant which is a top priority, 7 items in quadrant B that should be preserved, the next 7 items in quadrant C which is a low priority, as well as 12 items in quadrant D is an item that is considered less important. Research results exposed that the satisfaction of services provided by taxi online Wakjek has showed the good results it can be seen from the level of conformity that is indicated by the variable Y i.e. satisfaction service. On the attributes of the performance of the average value of the variable Y indicates the number of attributes exist while 4.77 hopes the average value of the variable Y shows numbers 3.62. This means that service satisfaction felt by customers of their online Wakjek have been able to meet the expectations of their customers online Wakjek itself but there are still some items that must be repaired.

    Analisis Kesiapan Rencana Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu Iso 9001:2015 Menggunakan Gap Analysis Di Smk Negeri 1 Batam

    Vocational High School 1 Batam wants to get ISO 9001:2015 certificates to improve their management quality. Before they submit the certification process, they already exists the application and examine the implementation of quality management to know how far they make it good and they can get the certificate. This case uses GAP analysis checklist to analyze the level of quality management’s implementation. This analysis use some indicators, to know the obstacles in this quality management’s implementation the researcher do some interview with every head representative in the school. The results show that the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system is already good. The presentation show that the clause 8 is the lowest value with 86.86% acquisition, and the highest presentation is clause 10 with 98.67% acquisition. The main obstacle is because of the less comprehension about the new procedural and not maximal performance is done by kind of individual. School has to give more attention and intense for controlling the performance to correct the quality management system and the certification works well.

    Analisis Kinerja Proyek Yamal Lng Menggunakan Metode Earned Value Management

    PT Asian Sealand Engineering is a company engaged in offshore industry services. This study aims to analyze project performance based on time and cost using Earned Value Management (EVM) method. EVM concept consists of three indicators, namely Budget Cost of Work Schedule (BCWS), Budget Cost of Work Performance (BCWP) and Actual Cost of Work Performance (ACWP). From these three indicators, we analyze Cost Variance (CV), Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Variance (SV) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI). After calculating these indexes can be calculated Estimate at Completion (EAC), Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Time Estimate (TE). The project under study is the Yamal Lng project module 301 train 3, bacth 5 with job specification in the Structre section. The results showed the project performance experienced cost overrun and sechedule overrun. This means that project performance is decreasing. Estimated project completion cost (ETC) is Rp. 710.980.113.00. Total cost estimates as a whole can be seen from the calculation of EAC is Rp. 7.595.984.113, - and the estimated time of completion of the TE project is 302 days.

    This study aimed to compare the company's financial ratios which are ISO 14001 certified company and non ISO 14001 certified company. The sample in this study amounted to 42 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015. This study calculates financial ratios with EVA and MVA. Different test using Independent Samples t test. The results of this study indicate that the ISO certification does not give effect to increase in financial statements, there is no difference between the financial ratios of companies ISO 14001 certified and non ISO 14001 certification.

    Analisis Penerapan Metode Six Sigma Dalam Pengendalian Kualitas Produk Valve Di Pt Cameron Systems Batam

    It is perfect for the manufacturing industry to produce efficient goods so that it can generate profits and can deliver products on time. Currently the company is required to be more competitive in the manufacturing industry This study aims to determine the implementation of Valve quality using Six Sigma method and to know the factors causing damage to the production process. Six Sigma is a way of improving quality before target 3.4 fails per million fold for a product or service. Running Six Sigma DMAIC can know that the sigma rate of the valve product damage as much as 3.76% in PT Cameron Systems Batam is still quite good with damage level of 7.375 for a million production (DPMO). Implementation of Six Sigma quality improvement in this research can be concluded that there are two causes of the highest product that is Oversize / Undersize dimension as much as 69% and by Tool mark 31%.

    Analisis Pengaruh Ekspor Impor Terhadap Nilai Tukar Usd Dan Sgd

    Exports are the activities of selling products from one country to another across the border of a country's customs territory, with the aim of obtaining the much- needed foreign exchange of the country, creating jobs for the domestic labor market, obtaining import duties and other taxes, and maintaining a balance between the flow Goods and money flows circulating in the country. This study was conducted to determine the effect of several independent variables, namely national exports, national imports, Batam exports, imports of Batam to the dependent variable ie the kurs of USD and SGD. This research is a kind of explanatory research with quantitative approach. The data used in this study is time series data in the period 2014-2016 obtained from the official website of the Central Bureau of Statistics. The sampling method is 36 saturated samples. Data analysis in this research using multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS. Simultaneous test results indicate that exports, national imports and exports, Batam imports have a significant influence on the kurs of USD and SGD.

    This research aims to find out: (1) influence the formation of organizational citizenship behaviour altruism towards organizational commitment (2) influences the formation of organizational citizenship behaviour civi virtue against the organizational commitment (3) influence the formation of organizational citizenship behaviour consientiousness against the organizational commitment (4) influence the formation of organizational citizenship behaviour courtesy towards organizational commitment (5) influence the formation of organizational citizenship behaviour sportmanship against organizational commitment (6) the extent to which influence the formation of organizational citizenship behaviour toward organizational commitment simultaneously. This research uses the technique of sampling-taking the overall number of saturated with the existing population is used as a sample that is as much as 61 employees NDVC (Non Direct Value Cost) on the PT X. Data collection methods used are questionnaire and data processing using the software SPSS 23 for windows V. The results showed that each of the independent variables provides a positive and significant influence towards organizational commitment but variable negative influence sportmanship and significantly to organizational commitment. Simultaneously, the influence of Orgnizational citizenship behaviour positively and significantly to the commitment of the organization.

    This study concerned about Risk Analysis Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) using Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP). This study aimed to identified hazardous potential of using Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessment, risk control, monitoring and evaluation. This study was conducted at PT. Cladtek Bi- Metal Manufacturing, the data were obtained through direct observation, documentation, and interviews with seven interviewees : HSE Manager, Staff HSE, Safety Officer and four employees of Hydrotest Manual. This study was using qualitative descriptive method. The Process of data analyzing was determined the step of the production process, identified hazardous potential, to knew the analysis of the hazardous potential to the Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessment, risk control, monitoring and evaluation, analysis and discussion, and the conclusion. The result showed Department of Hydrotest Manual in PT. Cladtek occurred a hazardous potential with hazard medium risk, JSA could reduced risk of occupational incident, occupational incident rarely happening, control the risk for the future work, better monitoring and evaluation.

Seloko Batam Shipyard, 2) Knowing the internal factors in the marketing mix (7P) to improve the business of PT. Seloko Batam Shipyard, 3) Knowing the marketing strategy that must be done by PT. Seloko Batam Shipyard in tin the face of competition. This research is used to determine the current state describes the company and determine the strategy of the company which can be used in the future. This research was done so that the company could face an increasingly tight competition. This research was conducted on the services of PT. Seloko Batam Shipyard. This study uses qualitative methods with SWOT analysis which measured from the external and internal factors as well as the profile of the competition. Results in May of EFAS and IFAS is PT. Seloko Batam Shipyard located in quadrant II, namely increasing the power to minimize the threat to be able to take opportunities that exist. The strategy can do is improve the quality of products/services offered, doing promotions regularly and increasing market segmentation. The opportunities that can be taken is to seize a share of the market by maintaining regular customer. The threat of companies is the level of competition is high. Its greatest strength is having a strategic location which is easy to reach by boat. Weakness lack of promotion was owned on a regular basis and limited human resources. Strategies that can be used is the company's product development, market penetration, expantion and market diversification.

    The purpose of this study was to describe and analyse the efectivity of training method for employe technical skill development that has given by PT. McDermott Indonesia to their production employees. This training method has given and used to measuring how far the technical skill has develop as long the employee working at PT. McDermott Indonesia. This research is explanatory research and using path analysis method conducted in the Department of Craft Training Centre PT. McDermott Indonesia amounting to 115 respondents. Data collected directly by kuesioner, interview and observation at PT. McDermott Indonesia. The results showed the influence of effectiveness on the job training and off the job training partially effect significantly to job satisfaction; effectiveness on the job training to the development of technical skill has no effect in a significant way; the effectiveness of off the job training towards the development of technical skill significantly influential; on the job training, off the job training and job satisfaction simultaneously effect significantly towards the development of technicall skills.

    PT XYZ is a manufacturing company that prioritizes raw materials as the main priority of the company. Th study aims to evaluate the performance of the best supplier for the company, since the supplier must supply the best materials for the production of PT XYZ. The criteria applied to the supplier by PT XYZ consists of Price, Delivery, Quality, Service, with an alternative suppliers such are PT.B, PT.I, PT.E and PT.G. This study is devoted only to the suppliers of raw materials for Wooden Plank, with a specification of the type of consumable material. The method used is AHP (Analiytic Hierarchy Process), with the results that PT.I is the best supplier for PT XYZ.
