Item Pengendalian Persediaan Barang Dagang Oli pada Pt X Menggunakan Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ)(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-07-21) Audina, Siti; Wirawan, AdhitomoThis research aims to know the optimal oil trade inventories by using the method of economic order quantity, safety stock, reorder point and know the comparison calculations the cost of inventories of goods trade between the economic order quantity method with calculation of the company. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The methods used in this research is economic order quantity, safety stock and reoder point. The result of the research shows that the method of economic order quantity is more efficient compared to the company's calculations. In 2015 the company can do the savings for these five brands above amounting to Rp 1,218,643 and in the year 2016 the company can do the savings for these five brands above amounting to Rp 3,062,222.Item Analisis Komparasi Nilai Perusahaan yang Bersertifikasi Iso dan Non Iso 14001 pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-06-05) Amri, Saiful; Pratama, Aditya WiranggaThis study aimed to compare the company's financial ratios which are ISO 14001 certified company and non ISO 14001 certified company. The sample in this study amounted to 42 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015. This study calculates financial ratios with EVA and MVA. Different test using Independent Samples t test. The results of this study indicate that the ISO certification does not give effect to increase in financial statements, there is no difference between the financial ratios of companies ISO 14001 certified and non ISO 14001 certification.Item Pengaruh Inovasi Produk Terhadap Minat Beli (Studi pada Starbucks Mobile Application)(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-06-02) Damayanti, Villa Kartika; Pratama, Aditya WiranggaThis research discusses the effect of product innovation towards purchase intention. Researcher will use exploratory research in advance to get insight and understanding about the research problem, and then the result from exploratory research will be used as inputs for conclusive research. This research applied quantitative approach and the sample for this research is 60 respondents. Multiple regression analysis has been used to process the data. The result of this research shows that from the three dimensions of product innovation, all three of them directly and positively affect purchase intention. Among those dimensions, behaviour change has the strongest link to affect purchase intention. Even though innovation attribute and adoption risk are not as strong as behaviour change, they still directly and positively affect purchase intention. This indicates that customers will be interested in using Starbucks Mobile Application if Starbucks offered a much more thorough feature in order to attract some behaviour change.Item Efektivitas Pelatihan Terhadap Pengembangan Technical Skill pada Karyawan Produksi PT. McDermott Indonesia to their production employees. This training method has given and used to measuring how far the technical skill has develop as long the employee working at PT. McDermott Indonesia. This research is explanatory research and using path analysis method conducted in the Department of Craft Training Centre PT. McDermott Indonesia amounting to 115 respondents. Data collected directly by kuesioner, interview and observation at PT. McDermott Indonesia. The results showed the influence of effectiveness on the job training and off the job training partially effect significantly to job satisfaction; effectiveness on the job training to the development of technical skill has no effect in a significant way; the effectiveness of off the job training towards the development of technical skill significantly influential; on the job training, off the job training and job satisfaction simultaneously effect significantly towards the development of technicall skills.Item Pengaruh Penerapan Manajemen Sumber Day Berbasis Iso 9001:2008 Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing)(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-05-19) Arifin, Nanda Aditia Prima Dewi; Hendrawan, BambangThis research aims to know about the influence of Resource Management based on ISO 9001:2008 of employee performance in administrative and managerial sections. Administrative and managerial sections is a most important role in the process to determining the company’s performance. Implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 based resource management such as management of human resource, management of infrastructure, and management of working environment are expected to improve the employee performance. The respondents of this research are employees working in the administrative and managerial sections of production, engineering, research and development, document control, project, procurement and logistics, finance, IT, software epicor, QC / QA, HSE and human resource development. From the results of multiple regression, showed there was partially effect of management of human resource variable in employee performance arround 0,199, there was partially effect of management of infrastructure variable in employee performance arround 0,217 and there was a partially effetc of management of working environment variable in employee performance arround 0,293 in administrative and managerial section of PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing.Item Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di PT JNE Cabang Greenland(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-08-25) Nusa, Andhika Pandu; Irawati, RusdaThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality such as the influence of tangible, reliability, responsive, assurance and empathy to the satisfaction of the community, especially the city of Batam using the delivery service. The data analytical technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis with 86 respondents as determined by using unknown population formula or Lemeshow and with nonprobability sampling technique. The results of the study explained that the quality of services provided indirectly can affect consumer satisfaction in using the service products. As a service company, the bank sued the more professional, trustworthy and superior in service as well as the customer desires can compensate for the changes effectively. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, the survey was conducted at Bank Mandiri Batam Batu Ampar Branch. This study aims to determine the effect of each variable on the quality of the most influential service and test the hypothesis that has been formulated previously. The variables of this research are Tangible (physical aspect), Reliability (reliability aspect), Responsiveness (aspect of catch power), Assurance (aspect of guarantee), Empathy (aspect of awareness) together and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction variable with the most dominant factor Is variable Reliability and Empathy to customer satisfaction. This research uses explanatory research approach (explanatory research) with a sample of 116 people who are customers who transact at the teller. This research use regression equation test, the result of this research get the regression equation formed is Y = - 0,640 + 0,299X1 + 0,504X2 + -0,194X3 + 0,298X4 + 0,130X5. Based on the result of t test, tangible, reliability, assurance, empathy have positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction while responsiveness variable has negative and significant effect to customer satisfaction.Item Analisis Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Kualitas Layanan Ojek Online (Wakjek) di Kota Batam(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-08-22) Saputra, Yovan S.; Hati, Shinta WahyuThis study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of their online service (Wakjek) in Batam city. Primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaires to consumers using Random Sampling techniques with the total sample as many as 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Consumer satisfaction against the dimensions of quality are described on the diagram of the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). IPA charts indicate that service dimension items scattered on the four quadrants, namely 15 items on A quadrant which is a top priority, 7 items in quadrant B that should be preserved, the next 7 items in quadrant C which is a low priority, as well as 12 items in quadrant D is an item that is considered less important. Research results exposed that the satisfaction of services provided by taxi online Wakjek has showed the good results it can be seen from the level of conformity that is indicated by the variable Y i.e. satisfaction service. On the attributes of the performance of the average value of the variable Y indicates the number of attributes exist while 4.77 hopes the average value of the variable Y shows numbers 3.62. This means that service satisfaction felt by customers of their online Wakjek have been able to meet the expectations of their customers online Wakjek itself but there are still some items that must be repaired.Item Analisis Penerapan Metode Six Sigma Dalam Pengendalian Kualitas Produk Valve Di Pt Cameron Systems Batam(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2018-09-17) Fitri; Hati, Shinta WahyuIt is perfect for the manufacturing industry to produce efficient goods so that it can generate profits and can deliver products on time. Currently the company is required to be more competitive in the manufacturing industry This study aims to determine the implementation of Valve quality using Six Sigma method and to know the factors causing damage to the production process. Six Sigma is a way of improving quality before target 3.4 fails per million fold for a product or service. Running Six Sigma DMAIC can know that the sigma rate of the valve product damage as much as 3.76% in PT Cameron Systems Batam is still quite good with damage level of 7.375 for a million production (DPMO). Implementation of Six Sigma quality improvement in this research can be concluded that there are two causes of the highest product that is Oversize / Undersize dimension as much as 69% and by Tool mark 31%.Item Pengaruh Positioning Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Menjadi Nasabah Di Ajb Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Nagoya(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-07-19) Vera, Vetty; Wirangga Pratama, AdytiaThis research aims to know about the effect of positioning strategy on customer purchasing decisions in AJB Bumiputera 1912 Nagoya Branch. This positioning strategy plays an important role in the marketing of services. Positioning strategy which is product characteristic, price, product quality, product user (consumer), usage is expected to improve purchasing decision. Respondent of this research is Customer who has become active user of insurance policy of Mitra Asri at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Nagoya Branch. From multiple regression result, Show that there is partially influence on product characteristic variable, to purchase decision 0,707, then partially influence on price variable to purchase decision equal to 0,259, partial influence on variable of quality to purchasing decision equal to 0,555, partial influence on variable of product user to Employee purchasing decisions of 0.474, and partial influence on quality variables of 0.649 to purchase decisions at Mitra Asri policy customers in AJB Bumiputera 1912 Nagoya Branch.
