Item Trainer Penyearah Setengah Gelombang dan Gelombang Penuh Tak Terkendali Tiga Fasa(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2016-12-28) Forza Azzuarra, Enrieco; Gozali, M. SyafeiIn principle, the half wave rectifiers and full wave rectifiers of three phase consist of a single phase transformer connected wye on the primary and secondary sides, diodes, and capacitors. This circuit serves to convert alternating voltage (AC) into direct voltage (DC). In this Last Project, the rectifier trainer made uncontrolled half wave and three phase full wave. The input voltage source used in this trainer is a three-phase voltage of 380 V, which is then downgraded to 20.7 V using a transformer. The measured load results from half wave and full wave rectifiers produce different output voltages, as for the full wave at load R is 19.848 V, at load L is 14.886 V, and at load C is 13.232 V. While at half-wave load R produce output voltage equal to 8,632 V, at load L yield 8,881 V, and at load C equal to 5,419 V.Item Trainer R-L-C(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-02-24) Bagus Saifullah, Achmad; Arifin, MuhammadLearning achievement of the students affected various factors that influence these factors one of which is of many kinds of learning. Making this Trainer R- L-C need ingredients like box size 30x40, banana socket, pcb board, and some components of electro like (resistor, capasitor, diode, lowering the voltage regulator, and IC NE555). From observations made on experiemental tool RLC NE555, it can be conclude that the greater the voltage in use, the greater the frequency generated. Voltage when low condition is 7 volt, and voltage when medium condition is 9 volt and voltage when high condition is 11 volt.Item Solar Dryer Dengan Air Heater Berbasis Mikrokontroler Untuk Hasil Laut(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-05-17) Wiranata, Hendra; Wivanius, NadhrahFood processing by drying method is done commonly, especially for fish and squid. In this way, dried fish and squid can durable through heating. Heating can decrease the water content, so it can inhibit bacterial growth. Now, people are still dry using traditional way to dry seafood under the sun, but this way is very dependent on the weather, so drying takes a long time. This research will discuss about inovation of solar dryer system that working by maximizing the absorption of solar heat and channeling heat, and then drying evenly using fan and motor to replace the object side to be dried, and additional air heater will be used if solar heat is not maximal. In additional, the tool also features a load cell sensor to scale the object of drying, as well as a microcontroller system to control the solar dryer and air heater. Finally, the results of this research show that’s a decreasing in water content 98% faster with drying temperature 60 ◦C, so it can help community productivity in managing seafood.Item Pemantauan Dan Pengendalian Kelembaban, Suhu Dan Intensitas Cahaya Tanaman Tomat Dengan Metode Fuzzy Logic Berbasis Iot(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-05-17) Aji Fitriansyah, Sandy; Risandriya, Sumantri K; Amalya Fatekha, RifqiControl and monitoring of moisture, temperature and light intensity are still using a manual watering or using greenhouses. Busy at work and limited time, cause the control of condition tomato plants is not accordance with plants and cause the plants dead. This study uses automatic control of fuzzy logic and Iot (Internet of Things) for basic of monitoring the condition tomato plants with the function of replacing manual control. DHT22 sensor, FC- 28 and LDR (Light Dependent Resistors) are used for detection of soil moisture, temperature, light intensity and humidity using for input parameters as automatic fuzzy controls, and DC 12v water pumping actuators and power window motors as controllers humidity. The results obtained in this study have a success rate of 98.38% in the work process.Item Sistem Kontrol Pemberian Nutrisi Pada Budi Daya Tanaman Aeroponik Berbasis Fuzzy Logic(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-05-15) Safrimawan, Arif; Asrizal, AsrizalAeroponics method is one of many ways of cultivating plants without using the soil. Aeroponics is generally used for cultivating of vegetable crops such as kangkong. In this method, the roots are placed in the floating position. The nutrient solution is supplied to the roots with fogging technic using sprayer that connected to the water pump. Generally, nutrients supply using timer system. But, it is not very effective. Therefore, the new system are designed to control nutrient supply based on the needs of plants. In this system, the parameters are humidity and temperature. The value of humidity and temperature from the DHT 22 sensor would be an input for fuzzy logic. Then, it was processed by microcontroller. The output value from microcontroller in time unit would activate the water pump to supply nutrients solution to the root. This system also had data logger, so the data from microcontroller could be saved. This device was able to work to supply nutrient solution for kangkong, with temperature set point 33oC and temperature error is 3.32%-5.28%.Item Pengontrolan Kadar Ph Air Pada Media Tanam Hidroponik Berbasis Mikrokontroller Dengan Metode Pid(Politeknik Negeri Batam, 2017-05-15) Arjuna; Wivanius, Nadhrah; Amalya Fatekha, RifqiControlling water pH content on hydroponics growing media very required becouse water pH content generally tend to be alkaline. This situation doesn’t meet the water pH ideal. pH for growing media differ according for type of plants. Designed using microcontroller Arduino mega 2560 based PID method for compares the value of actual pH levels are read by pH sensor with value of setpoint (value of desired pH levels). Comparison of result method PID is converted into an action the pump of acid and base until the desired setpoint is reached. The control equipped with solar cell modules with capacity 20 wp to fill a battery with 12 volts of capacity as a energy source on appliance.
