    Lamps are a source of lighting used in homes during dark room conditions. To turn on and off the lights in homes today still use manual switches and manual operation of lights cause ineffective and efficient use. Making this research aims to create a tool for turning on and off the lights with RFID with the distance between RFID Reader and RFID Tags that can be read with an acrylic cover is 1 cm and create an automatic room lights that can adjust to the intensity of light required by the room. This tool is expected to help in the process of controlling the room lights. The method used in making this room light controller is fuzzy logic produce light intensity issued by the lamp in accordance with the desire of the customer is dim, rather dim, or bright. Based on the research that has been done, obtained results where the fastest time achieved to achieve setpoint dim for 8,1 seconds, setpoint rather dim is 28,8 seconds and setpoint bright for 4 seconds.

    At this time the existing system of student attendance in Batam Polytechnic still using manual attendance system that uses paper. This raises several issues including: the long absences, use of student attendance in the form of accreditation forms of paper that are vulnerable to damage and loss of data, as well as student attendance files stacked resulting in Batam Polytechnic staff have difficulty in student attendance data perekapan process and delay the process issuance of SP (Warning Letter). Batam Polytechnic since 2010 always issued KTM (student ID card ) equipped with RFID chips. On the other hand, Android has the NFC technology (Near Field Communication) which is a set of RFID- based wireless connectivity technology. This thesis research that utilizes NFC technology on Android to help overcome the problems of student attendance system in Batam Polytechnic sperti, facilitate staff in the process perekapan student attendance data and publishing process SP (Warning Letter) students become distracted and in accordance with the schedule.

    Sistem Parkir Kendaraan Bermotor Berbasis Rfid Dan Raspberry Pi

    The parking system at Batam State Polytechnic is still manual, so it makes students queue long enough to get a parking card. This research that utilizes Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Raspberry Pi technology is used as a simulation of the actual parking system by applying RFID tags to the parking card. The results of this system indicate that the system runs in accordance with the general description of the system, besides that the data stored in the database will be displayed through a web parking. The parking system that will be built based on RFID and Raspberry Pi and indirectly also students are introduced to the technology that is combined between software and hardware in the parking area.
