    Algoritma Menghindari Lawan pada Robot Barelang 7.1

    KRI is an Indonesia robot contest which consists of 4 main categories and one of them is the Indonesia Soccer Robot Contest (KRSBI). On the rules during the game of Wheeled KRSBI, the robots are strictly forbidden to hit or push the opponent robot. If that is the case then the robot will get a yellow card. The robots also are at risk of getting a red card then ejected from the field if the robot hits an opponent with a bang. To prevent this, the author has designed an algorithm to avoid and reduce the intensity of a robot doing a physical contact with opponents. The algorithm was formed from the combination of vision cameras and sensors ping. The camera will detect the opponent robot based on the color of its identity. Color identity must be filter for separating it from the background so it can be identified. The filter used is the color filter HSV plus filter erosion, dilation, and controls the blob. The opponent's robot detection is also facilitated with the use of a Parallax Ping sensor. Sensors ultrasonic wave shooting into the opponent's robot and then receive back the reflections so that known distance between them. After testing done against this system, robot Barelang 7.1 can detect opponent robots with good result. The robot can detect his opponent from a distance of 50 cm to 5.5 meters. Once detected, the robot would avoid his opponent while approximately ≤ 40 cm.

    Rancang Bangun Pendeteksi Api Berbasis Vision untuk Pengendalian Kamera Pengawas

    Fires is a disaster caused by flame or uncontrolled burning that can endanger human life, buildings and ecology. Fires are unpredictable when it will happens. For examples forest fire, Fires in housing or building can occur during the day or night. The use of CCTV/webcam which can monitor the location for 24 hours is very effective to prevent the occurrence of fire. Therefore, we built a system that can detect early fire based on image processing by using the method of HSV color segmentation . The system processes the data image which captured by the webcam in real time through the LabVIEW software. The fire detection process is done by using Image enhancement method and combined with result of HSV color segmentation to produce the segment object in the form of blob so that it can know the number of detected object and the center point of the fire object. Based on the results of testing and analysis, it is concluded that user control in terms of color sampling and color tolerance of fire objects have an important role in the segmentation process. The accuracy of the system that has been made is 98% with error of 0.25% for the detection conditions at night. The system is able to detect the presence of fire in real time around 30 fps at a resolution of 1024 x 768. Error detection is mainly caused by light reflections from lights or light sources on the surface of shiny objects.

    Over time, many created a tool that can facilitate us in performing daily activities, one of which is the engine water pump. With the engine water pump we no longer trouble to move water from one place to another. If the engine water pump used in a long period of time and sustained, would cause an increase in temperature in the motor water pump, this will cause damage to the pump motor water as the temperature of the motor is too hot, round motor that weakened and dead total. To fix this damage needs to take action to check the motor water pump such as checking the round motor supply voltage, with checking the value of resistance of the main coil on prisoners and detainees, check out their auxiliary coil values custody insulation between the primary and the auxiliary coil coil, and check between the body and the primary coil is fused or not. After doing some checking on the motor pump water then the next step is to do the repairs one way rewinding (TCR) copper wires on motor water pump. But after doing the process of rewinding, the prisoners and the speed of the motor will not be the same as the factory-made because the process of rewinding is done by manual.

Practical module GLB and GLBB based labview is deemed able to solve these problems. Simply by pressing the push button on the panel, then we can operate the module after that read grafic with labview application.

It is very rare students who do not know the science in the field of power electronics. One example is the application of a three phase phase controlled rectifier. Therefore become the guide of writing trainer as instructional media that serves to control and menyretahkan voltage source PLN 220VAC three phase become DC half wave using SCR as trigger current. This control uses the PWM (pulse width modulation) method with a microcontroller as a pulse width regulator to generate the current supplied to the SCR driver, LED- Phototriac type optocoupler as the driver of the SCR gate, and the LED- phototransistor type optocoupler as the zero crossing circuit On a single wave cycle of a 220VAC voltage source.     Batam State Polytechnic is a developing campus in the world of education hence to improve the quality of lecture facilities Batam State Polytechnic build a new building which is named M Nasir Building Therefore to meet the needs of PLN's power project as the main energy source, but not forever electricity PLN always burning there are times when outages caused by various things. Therefore, in order to avoid blackouts from PLN, the was designed As backup of power souce when PLN was extinguished. Based on the measurements made over the 5-day period, the power measurements were performed on the SDP-1 panel, Date / Time: November 10, 2017 (12:00) -11 Nov 2017 (11:00 am), power measurement on the SDP panel -2 Date / Time: 13 Nov 2017 (14:00) -14 Nov 2017 (11:00), and power measurement on the SDP-AC panel Date / hours: 13 Nov 2017 (14:00) - 14 Nov 2017 (09:00 hours). From the measurement result on each panel of SDP each floor then do the calculation and obtained measured load data equal to 165,86 kW. So to serve the needs of electrical energy in the event of disruption of electricity supply from PLN in Building M Nasir required as a backup supply with a capacity of 257 KVA.

    Pengendalian Robot Mobil Menggunakan Leap Motion

    The development of robotic control technology from human- controlled robot movement from close range, can be controlled from long distance using joystick or remote control which is less effective so that conducted a research of controlling robot easier, by using hand gesture so controlling robot become more natural, the purpose of this research is to produce a system of controlling the Mobile Robot using Leap Motion. The research method is used to use one of the sensors in Leap Motion which is processed using C# programming language that produces a character which is sent to the Mobile Robot using wireless, so the Mobile Robot will move based on the character that received by the Mobile Robot. The results to be gained from this research are the control of Mobile Robot in accordance with the human hand movement. From this research can be concluded that Leap Motion can control the Mobile Robot more easily with the human hand movement.

    Load test current injector is one of the tool which will be used for trial the hard load electricity device, especially protection tools in electricity panels. Load test current injector nowadays still conventional and adjustment manually. This research is an arrangement that an automatic load test current injector based on PID controller which is completed with computer interface. Interface built using labview software. The result is an automatic load test currents injector has been successfully made. By 10 times trial that is hard earned done in the error output step current to tthe setting of load test current injector the average is - 2%.
