Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based employee management system for a software development company in Indonesia. The system was developed using ReactJS, C#, and SQL Server to provide structured and efficient employee data management. The development process applied the Waterfall method, which consists of sequential stages including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system’s functionality was tested using Black Box Testing to ensure that all features operate as intended. The results show that the system improves the efficiency of the Human Resources Department in managing employee data and facilitates better workflow in administrative processes. The implementation of this system is expected to provide a more effective and reliable solution for employee data management within the company.
