Abstract
The goal of this study was to create an animated film with motion graphics as a teaching tool for PT NOK Freudenberg Batam's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) orientation. The viability of the created medium was also investigated in the study. The ADDIE paradigm, which covers the phases of Analyse, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, was used to apply a Research and Development (R&D) strategy. The information came from user response surveys, media expert validation, and subject matter expert validation. According to the evaluation results, the media experts scored 92% and the subject matter experts scored 90%, both of which were categorised as Highly Feasible. In the meantime, the user response assessment scored 87.33%, placing it in the Highly Feasible category. Overall, the findings show that the created learning materials offer suitable OSH content, backed by an eye-catching visual style and user-friendly information delivery. These results led PT NOK Freudenberg Batam to conclude that the motion graphic-based animated learning medium was a highly viable means of introducing OSH material to new hires.
