Abstract
PT Bahtera Setempa Serasa was set up in 2020. We're a support services company in the shipping sector, and we provide reliable, integrated services in the field of tank and ship repair in the blasting & painting section. It's important for companies to have a strong visual identity or brand image so they can stand out from the crowd and connect with the public on an emotional level. Unfortunately, a logo alone isn't enough to build that emotional connection. That's why companies should consider designing a mascot to strengthen their brand image. The research looks at how to create a mascot as a supporter to strengthen the company's brand image. The mascot design uses the yuru-chara design model with a qualitative method approach. For analysis and data sources, the mascots used data collection techniques in the form of interviews with people responsible for the company. Then, from the results of the interview, it was concluded that the mascot that had been designed had succeeded in becoming a representation of PT. Bahtera Setempa Serasa As It Feels. However, there's still more we can do with the mascot, like making it in a three-dimensional version so that it attracts more public attention and is more realistic.
