Perancangan Desain User Interface Learning Management System (LMS) Di Infinite Learning Menggunakan Metode User Centered Design

Abstract

Infinite Learning is one of the educational partners that implements online teaching and learning activities. However, when the activities are carried out online, the teaching and learning process becomes less effective. This is due to the numerous platforms used in the learning process. The solution to the obstacles faced by Infinite Learning can be overcome by using a website-based platform that includes all learning features, or also known as "Learning Management System". The development of the Learning Management System begins by designing the user interface that includes the features needed by Infinite Learning from the design stage to the prototype stage. The research method is a process carried out to gather information or data through an in-depth study of the collected data. The purpose of conducting research is to gather new findings or knowledge, and to test or verify the validity of new or existing knowledge. In this research, the method used is the User Centered Design (UCD) approach. Based on Usability Testing using the Cognitive Walkthrough approach, the design of the Learning Management System application's interface successfully developed a user-friendly system.
