PEMBANGUNAN APLIKASI GATEPASS KARYAWAN BERBASIS WEBSITE PT. DWI SUMBER ARCA WAJA

Abstract

PT. Dwi Sumber Arca Waja is in need of an efficient solution to shorten its employee gatepass process. Currently, the system in place relies heavily on manual procedures, requiring employees to fill out forms manually and obtain approval signatures from multiple levels of superiors. Additionally, the storage of gatepass documents poses logistical challenges, requiring significant storage space and necessitating complex management. To overcome these obstacles, the author proposes the development of a web-based Gatepass application accessible online. This application aims to shorten the gatepass application process through quicker approvals, automated notifications, and simplified data retrieval. Moreover, the system will generate application forms in PDF format for documentation purposes.
