Produksi Teaser Animasi 2D Narasi dengan Karakter Antropomorfik

Abstract

Anthropomorphism has long been used as a tool to deliver stories resulting in a more entertaining and interesting narratives. From folk tales to film and animation, anthropomorphism brings an animal’s or object’s intrinsic traits to build a unique character. Therefore, this project aims to utilize anthropomorphism as a media to deliver a story through non dialogue narrative to produce a stronger emotional impact through expressions and gestures thanks to an anthropomorphic character’s specific traits. The resulting product of this project is a 2D digital animation teaser video using software such as OpenToonz as the main production method. Due to circumstance, the teaser involves only a handful of shots of the full planned narrative.
