Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of supply chain strategy on operational performance, both directly and indirectly through Supplier Integration, Customer Integration, and Internal Integration at PT Sentosa Kencana Mitraindo Batam. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 90 respondents, consisting of the company's employees, suppliers, and customers, using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that supply chain strategy has a positive and significant effect on operational performance, both directly and indirectly through supply chain integration.
