Abstract
In the current digital age, websites serve as a vital tool for sharing information and enabling communication between organizations and their audiences. This study aims to evaluate and analyze the quality of the Akademi Kesehatan Kartini website using the WebQual 4.0 method, which focuses on three key areas: usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. To collect data, an online questionnaire with 22 statements was distributed through Google Forms to 30 users of the website. The validity of the questionnaire was checked using Pearson correlation, and its reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s Alpha. The data were analyzed descriptively to calculate the average scores for each dimension and to identify areas that require enhancement. The findings reveal that the usability dimension scored an average of 4.06, information quality 3.96, and service interaction quality 4.01. All three dimensions fall into the “agree” category, suggesting that the Akademi Kesehatan Kartini website is viewed as having a good level of usability, accurate information, and effective service interaction. Nevertheless, certain aspects such as regular information updates and response time still need to be improved. This research is intended to provide useful insights for enhancing the quality and overall user experience of institutional websites.
