Video Edukasi Motion Graphic Safety Induction untuk PT Lancang Kuning Sukses

Abstract

PT Lancang Kuning Sukses previously conducted safety inductions using Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, which were considered inefficient and time-consuming. To address this issue, an educational motion graphic safety induction video was developed using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The resulting video delivers critical occupational health and safety (OHS) information within a running time of 15 minutes and 26 seconds. The effectiveness of the media was evaluated among 30 new employees and contractors using the EPIC model, which measures Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, and Communication dimensions. The evaluation yielded an EPIC Rate of 4.47 out of 5.00, placing the video in the positive response. Consequently, this motion graphic video serves as an optimal and efficient medium for internal safety induction.
