PENGEMBANGAN WEBSITE PENJUALAN PAPAN BUNGA “MOON FLORIST” MENGGUNAKAN METODE PROTOTYPE

Abstract

Moon Florist is a small business located in Batam that specializes in the sale of floral arrangements. The business faces significant challenge that its sales system is still managed conventionally via WhatsApp and Instagram messages. Therefore, a website is needed to address issues related to the sales system, provide a product catalog, and manage transactions in real time. The research was conducted using the Prototype Method, along with system testing by Black-Box Testing and to measure user satisfaction using the System Usability Scale. Based on the system’s results of functional testing, 18 feature testing scenarios for the website ran successfully. Meanwhile, the System Usability Scale testing yielded an average score of 82. This falls into the “Excellent” category. These results demonstrate that website development using the Prototype Method can produce a functional, user friendly website capable of addressing the challenges faced by the Moon Florist business.
