Abstract

Staff Movement Tracking System is a web-based system designed to monitor the movement of employees between buildings at PT. X within the logistics department, specifically addressing issues of route deviation that may impact operational security. The system uses badge scanning to identify employees moving between buildings, recording their destination, departure time, and arrival time. It also generates a ticket as proof of inter-building travel. The system incorporates access points with location-based access using Windows accounts, where staff activities utilize devices provided in the warehouse area, with each device having its own Windows account for location placement identification. Additionally, the system displays employee movement data on a dashboard page. This system was developed using the C# programming language on the ASP.NET version 8 framework by Microsoft and is managed using SQL Server.
