Pengembangan Sistem E-learning Di Perusahaan Manufaktur

Abstract

Technology has developed rapidly for manufacturing company, one of which is training that need more attention to be more independent at technology. Company that i do my intern also using technology to train the employee using e-learning. But after years the e-learning can’t cover current training needs. E-learning used for the employee to add more their knowledge and skills so they are improving their performance on the job. By improving e-learning, Researcher will build web-based application using the waterfall method and will store the data in one database. It is hoped that the results of this final assignment will make a positive contribution in overcoming existing problems, such as making it easier for trainers to carry out training for employees.
