Abstract

The advancement of information technology in the modern era has significantly transformed how business tasks are performed, including in the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This technology plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and competitiveness in an increasingly demanding market. Ria Cake Kijang emerges as a strategic partner committed to supporting the sustainable growth of local MSMEs through collaboration and the promotion of high-quality, locally rooted products. However, manual product data management remains a major obstacle due to its inefficiency, risk of data loss, and negative environmental impact. To address these challenges, a web-based application was developed to replace traditional paper-based systems. This application features product recording, and Request tracking, aiming to simplify operations, improve data accuracy, and support better strategic decision-making, this request tracking solution not only promotes operational efficiency and transparency but also reinforces Ria Cake Kijang’s role as a catalyst in empowering MSMEs and fostering sustainable local economic development
