PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI INTERNAL GAJI DAN KASBON BERBASIS USER EXPERIENCE PADA PT. BATAM SECURE SOLUTION

Abstract

The development of a web-based payroll and cash advance information system at PT Batam Secure Solution is the main focus of this study. A prototyping approach was employed during system development, allowing administrators and employees as end users to participate actively through continuous feedback and repeated system refinements. The usability of the system was evaluated using two assessment methods. Task Completion Rate (TCR) was utilized to determine the extent to which users were able to complete the assigned tasks successfully, while the System Usability Scale (SUS) was applied to measure user perceptions regarding ease of use and overall satisfaction. The evaluation findings revealed a high level of task completion, with average TCR values reaching 93.75% among administrators and 96.87% among employees. In addition, the system obtained a SUS score of 81.67, indicating that its usability is considered good and that it is positively received by users. These results demonstrate that the system can effectively support payroll and cash advance administration while providing a favorable user experience. However, several interface components still require optimization to further improve usability and user convenience.
