Social media facilitates rapid communication and convenient access to information; however, its misuse can create problems when employees have limited awareness of digital ethics. This study aimed to develop and assess a motion graphic about responsible social media use for employees of Company XYZ by applying the Villamil-Molina method. The video discusses courteous communication, data protection, careful content sharing, and employee responsibility. Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects were used to create the 3 minute-and-58-second motion graphic. Evaluation through the EPIC Model demonstrated that the media was highly effective in improving employees’ understanding of social media ethics.
