Abstract

CV. Berkah Gazza Sukses used spreadsheets to handle order recording and management, which led to slow data retrieval, difficulty in tracking order statuses, problems with managing design files, and challenges in communicating with customers because there was no integrated system in place. This study was focused on creating and building a web-based system for recording and managing printing orders, to help the company with its daily operations. The system was built using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall approach, which includes steps like analyzing requirements, designing the system, implementing it, testing it, and maintaining it. The app was built using the Laravel framework and a MySQL database.It includes features for managing orders, tracking order status, storing design files, creating digital invoices, generating reports, and integrating with WhatsApp. The test results showed that every part of the system worked properly, and the Black Box Testing achieved a 100% success rate. The material experts gave an average score of 4.36, which is excellent.The media experts scored an average of 3.33, which is fair.The User Acceptance Test had an average score of 4.29, which is also excellent. These results show that the system can work in the operational setting of CV. Berkah Gazza Sukses, but only for a limited amount of use.
