PENERAPAN DAILY MAINTENANCE PADA MESIN MOLD NISSEI DALAM UPAYA MENGURANGI REJECT PADA PRODUK YANG DI HASILKAN

Abstract

This research explains how to reduce the impact of reject on product F on the Nissei mold machine, previously the F product was rejected due to dirty molds and caused Black Dot rejects on the resulting F products. daily maintenance so that dirty molds can be clean and reduce the number of rejects in production. After carrying out daily maintenance in February, March and April, the rejects produced by product F experienced a decrease in rejects, which can be seen in February before the daily maintenance was carried out to get 4,620 DPPM and in April 1,591 DPPM, which means that the daily maintenance process can reduce the level of the resulting rejects
