Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kas pada Komunitas Game Developer Batam Berbasis Web

Abstract

Nonprofit organizations require transparent and accountable financial management to ensure effective budget control and reliable financial reporting. Many organizations still rely on spreadsheet-based financial records, causing fragmented work in program management, budget planning, cash transaction recording, digital evidence management, and financial reporting. This study proposes an Integrated Cash Management Information Model as a conceptual framework that integrates the complete financial management lifecycle within a unified information system. The research employed the Design Science Research approach to develop the conceptual model, while Rapid Application Development was adopted to implement the model into a web-based information system through iterative user involvement. The proposed model consists of five integrated components: Work Program Management, Budget Planning, Cash Transaction Management, Digital Evidence Management, and Automated Financial Reporting. The developed system was evaluated using Black Box Testing to verify functional correctness and User Acceptance Testing to assess user acceptance. The evaluation results showed that all functional requirements were successfully implemented and accepted by end users, indicating that the proposed model effectively supports integrated financial management processes. By establishing logical relationships among work programs, budget planning, financial transactions, digital evidence, and automated reporting, the proposed model improves transaction traceability, budget control, financial transparency, and organizational accountability. This proposed model contributes not only as a practical web-based financial management system but also as a conceptual model that can be adapted by nonprofit organizations with similar financial management processes.
