Abstract

Technological developments and business competition which are becoming increasingly fiercer day by day encourage companies to continue to maintain their existence by paying attention to the quality of Human Resources (HR). Various factors can influence the development of a company, one of which is the employee recruitment process in creating high quality human resources. How ever PT. Xyz faces challenges in managing the employee recruitment process which still uses manual methods, causing various problems. To overcome this, an innovative solution in the form of a website-based application "PEB Recruitment" was created. This application is designed to increase efficiency in the employee recruitment process and disseminate information on job vacancies in the Company. With the various features provided, it is hoped that this application will be able to support growth and resolve problems in the employee recruitment process.
