Abstract

Recording student attendance is very important for universities because it has an impact on student discipline and performance. An attendance system that is carried out manually results in the potential for errors and takes a lot of time. Therefore, so that lecture activities can be recorded in real-time, there needs to be special data collection to record absences and attendance. This research presents an attendance system for aircraft maintenance study program students using a Web-based QR Code. Process analysis is described using the waterfall method. In this modeling there is needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. This system was developed using PHP with the Laravel framework and for data base management using MySQL.
