Perancangan Prototype Antarmuka dan Pengalaman Pengguna (UI/UX) Website Rental Bus PT. ABW Trans Berbasis User-Centered Design Menggunakan Figma

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged transportation service companies to provide digital platforms that facilitate information access and booking processes for customers. PT. ABW TRANS, a bus rental service provider, requires a digital platform capable of improving service quality and enhancing user experience. This study aims to design a User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) prototype for the PT. ABW TRANS bus rental website using the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. The UCD method consists of four main stages: understanding the context of use, specifying user requirements, designing solutions, and evaluating the design. The design process is carried out using Figma to develop wireframes and interactive prototypes. The prototype is evaluated using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), which measures user experience across six dimensions: attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. The result of this study is an interactive website prototype designed based on user needs and preferences. The proposed design is expected to provide a more effective, efficient, and user-friendly experience for customers when accessing information and booking bus rental services. Furthermore, this research is expected to serve as a reference for PT. ABW TRANS in developing a user-oriented digital service platform.
