EVALUASI KESELAMATAN KERJA BERDASARKAN METODE BEHAVIOR BASED SAFETY (BBS) DAN PEMBUATAN JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS (JSA) PADA PEKERJAAN LOADING UNLOADING PETI KEMAS PT. BERLIAN DUMAI LOGISTICS CABANG BATAM

Abstract

Based on the background of the existing problem, the researcher formulated the research problem, namely how is the assessment of Behavior Based Safety in the work of loading unloading containers at PT Berlian Dumai Logistics branch Batam, and how to make a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) in the work of loading unloading containers at PT. Berlian Dumai Logistics branch Batam. In writing this proposal, the type of research used is Qualitative Research with the research method used, namely the Descriptive Analysis method. There are 8 stages of work carried out to carry out container loading unloading work. A risk assessment was conducted on the 8 stages of work and 25 potential hazards were found. By implementing Job Safety Analysis (JSA), supervisors or field managers can safely provide individual instructions with appropriate procedures to workers and facilitate the transmission of instructions.
