Analisa Risiko Kecelakaan Kerja Menggunakan Metode HIRADC Pada Gudang PT. Bandar Abadi Shipyard

Abstract

In the development of modern industry, OHS is an important element in today's industrial sector and companies, especially in the warehouse area which has a high risk of occupational hazards or accidents in the warehouse area. Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control are part of the occupational safety and health program in the risk management stage, which is carried out as an effort to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases. The purpose of this study is to analyze the risk of work accidents in the warehouse area of PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard Batam City using the HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control) method. The data used is data from the results of interviews, filling out questionnaires from respondents consisting of storeman and warehouse head to survey the possibility of occupational accident risks in the activities carried out. Based on the results of the HIRADC carried out, out of 15 potential hazards from 6 activities, there are 2 (33.3%) potential hazards in the process of loading and unloading materials, 3 (50%) potential hazards in the process of receiving suppliers, receiving meters, loading and unloading materials, 5 (83.3%) potential hazards in the process of receiving materials, operating handlifts or handjacks, moving materials manually, and 5 (83.3%) potential hazards in the process of receiving materials, checking materials, loading and unloading materials, moving materials manually.
