dc.description.abstract	Formative and summative assessments are tools used in education to assess the extent of student understanding. At SMPIT Darussalam-01 Batam, summative assessments are still carried out manually. This research aims to develop a web-based exam application that can carry out summative assessments using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and the Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) algorithm. This application is successful in randomizing exam questions and reducing the need for paper. Test results show that this application functions well, provides a more efficient solution than conventional exams, and improves the quality of education.
