Analisis Efektivitas Penggunaan Video Drone Sebagai Media Pemantauan Kinerja Operasional PT Usda Seroja Jaya Menggunakan EPIC Model

Abstract

Monitoring the operational performance of the Jetty area requires a medium that can present information comprehensively and clearly. This research aims to develop drone video as a medium for monitoring operational performance at PT Usda Seroja Jaya and to analyze the effectiveness of their use. The development method used is Villamil Molina. The developed video has a duration of 1 minute and 35 seconds, showcasing the operational performance activities at PT Usda Seroja Jaya. The testing was conducted thru alpha testing by media experts and beta testing with 30 respondents using the EPIC Model. The alpha testing results obtained an average score of 4.31, categorized as very feasible, and the beta testing results yielded an EPIC Rate of 4.36, categorized as very effective. Based on the test results, the developed drone video is declared very effective for use as a medium for monitoring operational performance at PT Usda Seroja Jaya.
