dc.description.abstractOn Boeing 737-900ER aircraft, there is a hydraulic power system is a system on aircraft that uses liquid pressure (hydraulic) as a medium to drive systems related to other components. Then in the hydraulic system on the Boeing 737-900ER aircraft is divided into 3 systems, namely system A, system B and standby system. During the C-Check Maintenance process, Boeing 737-900ER aircraft with registration number PK-LSR experienced a failure in the hydraulic system, failure of the hydraulic work system would certainly interfere with flight comfort. The trouble that occurs is the turning on of the standby hydraulic pressure indicator. The steps taken in solving this problem are troubleshooting and discussing with Engineers and Mechanics. After troubleshooting, the Electric Motor Driven Pump (EMDP) on the standby hydraulic system is problematic or damaged, the solution to this problem is to replace components that refer to manual maintenance. The discovery of this case study was first discovered by the author when conducting On Job Training at MRO Batam Aero Technic Company.
