SISTEM MANAJEMEN INVENTARIS DAN PENGADAAN BARANG TERPUSAT DI SEKOLAH MUSIK DAN TOKO ALAT MUSIK XYZ

Abstract

Inventory management and procurement processes are critical aspects of business operations, especially for a multi-branch music school. Currently, inventory and procurement management at XYZ Music School are conducted manually using spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel. This approach has led to a lack of transparency, difficulties in consolidating data across branches, and an increased risk of data entry errors and information loss. To address these issues, a centralized web-based inventory and procurement management system has been developed. The system was designed using the Waterfall methodology to ensure a structured development process. The technologies employed include Angular and Tailwind CSS for the front-end, NestJS as the back-end framework, and Amazon S3 for cloud storage. Key features of the system include role-based login, procurement request submission, procurement planning, and interbranch item transfers. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing to ensure that all features operate in accordance with the specified requirements. The results indicate that the system effectively supports and streamlines the procurement and inventory management processes, providing greater control over the business operations of XYZ Music School.
